To keep all guests safe, supervision is required at all times during inflatable use.

Definition of Supervision:

Any child under the age of 13 must be actively accompanied by an adult or designated guardian in the same area as the inflatable. Watching from a window or separate area does not meet our safety standards.

Allowing children to play unsupervised may be considered neglect of safety guidelines and could result in additional charges if damage or injury occurs as a result.

To avoid injury or damage, the following rules must be followed at all times:

• ❌ No foreign liquids allowed inside (no drinks, soaps, or unapproved substances)
• ❌ No baby oil, soap, or slippery substances — only water is allowed when used as a water unit
• ❌ No horseplay, flips, roughhousing, or hanging on netting or inflatable parts
• ❌ No shoes, sandals, or hard-soled footwear inside the bounce house
• ❌ No pets allowed inside or on inflatables
• ❌ All jewelry must be removed before entering (rings, earrings, watches, etc.)

Failure to follow these rules may result in damage or injury — and additional cleaning or repair charges may apply.
